Buttercup Japan Post

For the second year in a row, I've worked with Japan Post and made patterns for their range of New Year Day cards.

In Japan, when they celebrate the New Year, it's custom to send New Year Day postcards (年賀状, nengajō) to friends and relatives – as the Western way of sending Christmas cards.

Swedish aesthetics and bold colours work very well in Japan, and my buttercups are one of the bestsellers.
